Bringing Calm. Sharing Hope. Reflecting Christ's love.
In moments of stress, grief, and uncertainty, a gentle presence can speak louder than words. Our team of comfort dogs from St. Paul Lutheran Church/Summit is a ministry of specially trained Lutheran Church Charities comfort dogs who bring mercy, compassion and presence to people in need throughout our community.
Our teams visit schools, hospitals, care facilities, churches, and community events — anywhere a calm presence and listening heart are needed. Through every wag, nuzzle, and quiet moment, we share mercy, comfort, and the reassurance that no one walks alone.
Whether responding to crisis situations or offering everyday encouragement, our comfort dogs help open hearts and create spaces where healing can begin.
