Phoebe, born August 31, 2012, was the first dog placed in Texas. She works at St Paul Lutheran, Ft Worth and The Summit, Aledo. Phoebe and her two siblings  - Susie and Lila were the last dogs trained at Dwight Correctional Institution in IL. Her Bible verse is Matthew 11:29.
